Overview

The Community Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department, performing additional job-related responsibilities and duties as necessary.

  • Monitor daily workload of team members
  • Attend community manager meetings
  • Document communications and respond to homeowner inquiries
  • Conduct inspections and create reports
  • Assist with scheduling and training

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years related experience or equivalent education
  • Prior Vantaca experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills
