In Short

• Work on advanced software solutions for transportation systems.

• Integrate and utilize various ITS assets and advanced transportation technologies.
• Serve as a senior technical leader in the ITS/Smart Mobility Group.
• Participate in business development activities and client presentations.
• Collaborate with other ITS design team members on specifications.
• Keep abreast of technological developments in the field.
• May supervise or mentor subordinates.
• Utilize agile processes for planning and scheduling deliverables.
• Requires occasional travel to New Jersey and New York clients/field locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Advanced degree may be preferred.
• Experience in ITS design and specifications.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Ability to juggle project needs and team demands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Participation in professional organizations is a plus.
