Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Transportation Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) of CA preferred.
• Extensive client contacts in the ITS industry.
• Experience leading Southern California Transportation project pursuits.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff.
• Involvement in design and delivery of projects.
• Strong business development skills.
• Collaborative partnership with fellow engineers.
• Positive contribution to the success of the business.
