Overview

Waggoner Engineering is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineering Manager to serve as the technical subject matter expert for roadway design, mentor for Waggoner’s design staff, and senior project manager for roadway project delivery.

In Short

  • Lead roadway design projects and manage a team of engineers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and time constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
  • Supervise roadway project managers and design staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and PE licensure required.
  • 8+ years of roadway design and management experience.
  • Experience with LA DOTD projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
  • Strong communication skills and project management experience.
