Requirements

• 4-year degree in a technical or construction-related field or 10+ years related work experience.
• 5+ years field operations experience in traffic incident management.
• 3 years in a leadership role at a field site.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in developing and providing training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with industry practices and regulations.
