Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Scheduler to oversee the construction activities for the Family Housing Replacement Project in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

In Short

• Coordinate project schedules based on execution philosophies
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for quality assurance
• Evaluate contract change orders for budget and schedule impact
• Conduct time impact analysis of project delays
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses
• Conduct site visits for progress reporting
• Prepare cost loaded schedules for cash flow projections
• Understand and apply contracts and policies
• 10 years of experience in project scheduling required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility in schedule and transportation to multiple sites
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with time impact analysis and construction claims
