• Hiring an experienced Scheduler to support a high-impact project with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Critical role in the implementation and maintenance of the VA’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Program.
• Oversees more than 250 active projects including major medical facility construction.
• Work closely with VA project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed design and construction schedules.
• Use Oracle Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Influence project outcomes and support nationwide infrastructure improvements.
• Conduct regular meetings and prepare data analytics reports.
• Deliver training sessions on scheduling best practices.
• Must have relevant certifications and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on scheduling experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Certifications: AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or PMP.
• Ability to perform resource loading and critical path analysis.
• Experience with large construction projects.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and Oracle Analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of Total Cost Management (TCM) principles.
• Experience delivering Primavera P6 scheduling solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide.
