Overview

BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company, is looking for an entry-level Associate Roadway Engineer to be trained under supervision in engineering practices, gaining exposure to exciting projects.

In Short

• Analyze and prepare roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) designs.
• Develop 3D Models of roadways using Corridor Modeling in GEOPAK and/or Open Roads.
• Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review.
• Manage timely completion of multiple assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
• Present proposed design solutions in project meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports.
• Take ownership of personal career development.
• Collaborate within the team to improve community infrastructure.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and provide resume updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• No security clearance required.
• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
