Club Operations & Compliance Lead - Remote

Overview

The Club Operations & Compliance Lead will oversee the daily operations and compliance management of all XGL Clubs, acting as the central point of contact between the league office and General Managers (GMs) and athletes, ensuring all operational and legal requirements are met.

• 3+ years of experience in league/team operations or legal affairs.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law required.
• Deep understanding of professional sports structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in league/team operations or legal affairs at a professional sports league.
• 3+ years of experience in a major professional league or sports agency.
• 2+ years of experience at a law firm specializing in sports and entertainment.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law are required.
• A background in sports law or labor law is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance operational logistics with legal analysis.
• A passion for action sports is a plus.
