The Compliance Operations Lead / COO is responsible for managing compliance operations and driving organizational initiatives to ensure adherence to global compliance regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in multinational operations leadership focused on compliance.
• Regulatory experience as an auditor or on the company side.
• Essential FinTech experience; crypto experience is a plus.
• Experience managing operations in retail-driven businesses.
• Strong adaptability and results-driven under pressure.
• Experience working with large remote teams and managing C-suite.
• Ability to conduct high-quality risk assessments and due diligence projects globally.
• Preferred certifications: ACAMS, CAMS, CCAS, ICA.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations for crypto/fiat licensed entities.
