Resort Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Resort Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting key initiatives within the Resort Operations department by modeling, visualizing, and analyzing data, creating and maintaining business applications, and providing technical support to resort associates.

In Short

• Gather and analyze data from various sources including Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Excel.
• Develop business flows and applications to automate reports or tasks using Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Provide technical support to resort operations associates.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the data for actionable insights.
• Scrub, maintain, and create written digital content on various platforms.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• 15% travel requirement.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Business Analytics or relevant experience.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate and Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Requirements
