In Short

• Technical leader defining the architecture of AI-powered experiences.
• Design and ship LLM Agents and Agent Workflows.
• Own the technical direction of major AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering peers.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.

• Ensure security, scalability, and enterprise readiness.
• Conduct code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Staff Level (IC5) experience architecting complex applications.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and API design.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience building developer tools for technical users.
• Ability to lead technical direction and resolve challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-starter with a leader’s mindset.
