Laboratory Technician - Remote

Overview

The Laboratory Technician will conduct various asphalt material tests and manage the entire sample lifecycle, from receiving to disposal, while being part of a collaborative team in London, Ontario.

• Conduct laboratory testing for asphalt materials.

Requirements

• Post-secondary technical education in Civil Engineering/Technology.
• Knowledge of standardized lab testing procedures (MTO, ASTM, AASHTO).
• Experience in asphalt material testing (e.g., Superpave, Marshall mixes).
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of testing standards and procedures.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Valid Ontario driver's license for work-related travel.
