This role involves working in the Client facing Cost & Commercial Management Team within the Project Management Commercial Management (PMCM) Rail Group, focusing on estimating, cost planning, procurement, and cost assurance for various rail projects.

Requirements

• Experience in Rail Estimating and knowledge of measurement methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of estimating/cost competencies.
• Experience with estimating software like CostX and CANDY.
• Ability to perform bottom-up estimating from first principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in tasks.
• Relevant professional qualification or working towards one.
• Degree or higher education qualification.
• Organizational and time management skills.
