• WSP is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for its Montreal department.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Control quality and quantities of materials, and write daily reports as needed.
• Participate in reviewing final plans to identify upcoming construction issues.
• Draft site memos and notices to contractors to enforce contractual clauses.
• Take necessary measures to ensure compliance with written directives.
• Follow up on change requests (surveys, control, costs).
• Review shop drawings in collaboration with the engineer.
• Attend site meetings.
• Participate in project management as a link between the site and office.

Requirements

• College diploma in civil engineering or architecture, or university degree in civil engineering or construction engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Ability to read building plans.
• Full-time position.
• Hold an ASP certification (Health and Safety Course on Construction Sites).
• Valid driver's license.
• Initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
