• Create and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Regularly monitor and adjust budgets and targets based on performance data.
• Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, and Data Analyst teams.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in a B2B company is a plus.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in audience building and keyword research.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or BI analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills.
