Overview

Wrapbook is looking for a Software Engineer III (Ruby on Rails) who will play a hands-on role in driving our mission to build an outstanding technology company.

In Short

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers.
• Review code and have your code reviewed.
• Write performant, scalable, and secure software.
• Ensure code is well-tested and well-architected.
• At least three years of experience building production web applications.
• Eager to learn and level up skills.
• Experience writing SQL queries and understanding SQL indices.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Experience building Ruby on Rails applications and APIs.
• Work from anywhere in Canada and USA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write secure and scalable code.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Experience with full stack development.
• Familiarity with StimulusJS, Redis, Sidekiq, and Kubernetes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
