• We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• You'll be part of the team essential to the company's month-end close process.
• Opportunities to improve close process efficiency and take ownership of complex accounting areas.
• Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Prepare journal entries and variance analysis at month-end close.
• Lead monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate accounting policies.
• Support first-year audit preparation by organizing key documentation.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools including NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong time management abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred, with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects precisely and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Collaborative team player who adapts well to change.
