Overview

Woven Care is seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions, partnering with the Head of Recruiting and hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver excellent candidate experiences.

In Short

Support the end-to-end hiring process.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers.
Develop creative sourcing strategies.
Manage the full candidate journey.
Conduct phone screens and assess candidates.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Coordinate interviews and guide hiring teams.
Track progress using ATS (Greenhouse).
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Healthcare experience highly preferred.

Requirements

Strong track record of filling roles.
Skilled in sourcing and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
