Overview

The Specialist, Customer Experience responds to inbound customer inquiries through emails and phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction with WorldatWork products and services.

In Short

  • Maintains a positive, empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Handles a high volume of customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Resolves customer complaints and provides product information.
  • Processes orders and supports B2C customers.
  • Documents customer interactions and feedback in CRM.
  • Communicates with colleagues as necessary for support.
  • Assists with shipping and distribution of materials.
  • Provides feedback on customer service processes.
  • Experience with international support is preferred.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 5-7 years in customer support, sales experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools desired.
  • Experience in education or human resources is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people skills.
  • Goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong time management.
  • Passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
