Assessment & Data Entry Technician - Remote

Overview

The Assessment & Data Entry Technician will play a crucial role in supporting adult education through assessment and data management, ensuring students receive the necessary support in their language learning journey.

In Short

• Conduct English level pre-and post-tests for students.
• Input score reports into databases and document case notes.
• Assist with the enrollment and intake process.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessments for in-person and remote classes.
• Support retention efforts by contacting students who have stopped attending classes.
• Ensure data accuracy and address any errors with management.
• Travel between various locations for assessments and support.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Participate in meetings to track assessment needs and client challenges.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief's mission.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Access to own transportation for commuting between sites.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings as needed.
• Experience with educational programs is a plus.
