Overview

The Data Entry Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry of prescriptions and providing excellent community support at Medication Management Partners, a long-term care pharmacy.

In Short

• Work evening shifts from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST.
• Responsible for entering prescriptions into pharmacy systems.
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve community and resident issues.
• Adjudicate insurance claims.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere.

• Complete required training courses.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Must have a high school diploma and pharmacy technician certification.

Requirements

• One year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry.
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
• Knowledge of FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Motivated, punctual, and reliable.
