The Director of Accounting and Finance will lead all financial operations at TaskEasy by WorkWave, supporting the SVP & General Manager and driving financial performance, stability, and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior financial roles.

• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional numerical proficiency.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with team development experience.
• Experience in a startup or BPO environment is a plus.
