Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in product support or technical support.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Intercom and Salesforce.

  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
  • Empathy for customers and a commitment to resolving issues.
