Overview

The Customer Care Representative position provides telephonic support in various areas of customer assistance, helping families find child/elder care resources.

In Short

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide timely and effective customer service.
  • Collect essential information from customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions or resources.
  • Keep clients informed about the next steps and provide timely updates on when they will receive further assistance from the team.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Address customer questions regarding benefits, services, or issues related to our online portal.
  • Follow established matrices and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook).
  • Telephonic troubleshooting ability.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn various computer-based case management systems.
  • Schedule flexibility – Shifts may include evenings and/or weekends.
