Overview

WorkNomads is seeking a strategic and analytically driven leader to join our European leadership team and support a key client in the fintech BPO sector. Acting as a trusted advisor to the client and leading internal teams, you will drive sales excellence, business transformation, and data-driven insights across multiple European markets.

In Short

Design and manage sales performance reports and dashboards.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to client leadership.
Collaborate with ICT teams to implement BI processes across Europe.
Partner with sales leaders to define growth plans.
Lead transformation initiatives focused on efficiency and performance enhancement.
Oversee a diverse team of operations managers and specialists.
Ensure revenue targets are achieved while optimizing operational costs.
Drive digital innovation and process automation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage incentive structures to drive motivation and performance.

Requirements

7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence or Sales Strategy.
Strong understanding of BPO operations.
Expertise in Salesforce, with knowledge of Genesys Cloud and Odoo preferred.
Proficient in Excel and PowerBI, with knowledge of Tableau and SPSS.
Solid knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Ability to travel to client locations regularly.
Resilient mindset capable of operating under pressure.
