Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Workleap, you’ll partner closely with a product manager and tech lead to shape the product vision, influence the roadmap, and define, ship, and iterate high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong user instincts in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Skilled across the design spectrum: strategy, flows, UI, polish.
• Comfortable balancing speed and craft in a high-velocity environment.
• Experience designing or working with AI-powered features is a plus.
• Excellent communicator.
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality.
