Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for showcasing user successes.
  • Excellent interviewing and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical approach focused on the business impact of engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in customer engagement or community management.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, including AI.
  • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or other customer marketing tools.
