Overview

As a Sustainability Consultant at Workiva, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals by leveraging your expertise in sustainability best practices and Workiva's platform.

• Guide clients on implementing effective GHG emission calculation programs.
• Lead climate risk assessments evaluating physical and transition risks.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4 years of experience focused on climate risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of sustainability practices and carbon emissions accounting.
• Expertise in physical climate risk assessment and modeling of natural hazards.
• Experience preparing reports for medium and large enterprise clients.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Expertise in data analysis and data visualization tools.
• Fluency in data tools beyond Excel (e.g., R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Leadership potential and experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of environmental impact accounting beyond emissions.

• Salary range: $74,000.00 - $118,000.00.
