The Medical Assistant at Workit Health will engage with members in a virtual clinic, providing support and enhancing patient care through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• One or more years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Comfortable asking for help and guidance.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment is advantageous.
