Product Designer - Remote

We are already connecting thousands of companies and automating transactions worth several million euros every week. To enable even more companies to automate their B2B transactions with our product, we are looking for passionate and talented employees to take the product and the company to the next level.

In Short

• Develop intuitive and scalable product solutions with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create real value for our customers.
• Actively support the planning and execution of user research and usability tests to identify pain points and incorporate insights into your design decisions.
• Manage our design system, maintain existing components, develop new elements, and ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Design UX flows, prototypes, and final UI designs directly in Figma, working closely with engineers to ensure functionality.
• Accompany new features to completion and actively support the engineering team with your feedback during testing.
• Assist the team with website adjustments or marketing assets as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in an agile B2B startup environment.
• Strong understanding of user needs and experience in planning and conducting user research and usability tests.
• Proficient in Figma & FigJam, knowledgeable about design systems, and able to implement ideas independently, efficiently, and systematically.
• Think in clear UX flows and can present complex processes simply and understandably.
• Communicate confidently in German and English to collaborate with our international team and predominantly German-speaking clients.
