AI Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer (f/m/d) who is passionate and ready to take responsibility. At Workist, our AI Solution Engineers work directly with our clients during the onboarding and implementation process to configure and customize our AI product, ensuring they go 'live' as quickly as possible.

In Short

• You will be responsible for implementing and integrating Workist's AI-based SaaS.
• Support clients in connecting their existing IT systems (ERP) to Workist.
• Provide technical support to clients before and after contract signing.
• Analyze and identify new use cases that can add value.
• Collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering Team to evaluate AI solutions.
• Identify necessary customizations for clients and implement them independently.
• Engage in proactive process and product improvements.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English.
• Be a professional team player in an agile work environment.
• Enjoy continuous self-development and working independently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Solution Engineering.
• Strong interest in customer interaction and technical project implementation.
• Good programming experience in Python and familiarity with pandas.
• Experience or interest in using AI to solve business problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English (native or at least C1 level).
