Overview

As a Product Designer at AffiniPay, you will independently own the UX for significant features, collaborating cross-functionally to discover problems and deliver user-centered design solutions that drive measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across product touchpoints.
• Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
• Experience in user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience with design systems.
• Preferred location in Austin, TX.
