In Short

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
• Collaborate with a product manager and engineering manager to conduct research into customer goals and challenges.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
• Shape customer problems and opportunities by refining insights and wireframing new experiences.
• Partner closely with engineers to evolve solutions from rough concepts to polished interfaces.
• Experiment with the latest generative AI technologies to design intuitive experiences.
• Design agentic AI workflows that balance automation with user control.
• Collaborate with product design teammates to ensure a consistent experience across the platform.
• Use and contribute to Workera’s design system and visual language.

Requirements

• 2-5 years designing digital products (UX + UI).
• Experience designing SaaS solutions.
• Experience with design systems and strong system-level thinking.
• Ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
• Humility and willingness to act on design feedback.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT.
