Senior People Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior People Consultant at Workday, you will support our workmates across EMEA, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in various HR functions, including employee relations and performance management.

In Short

• Join a motivated team as a Senior People Consultant on a 9-month fixed term contract.
• Provide performance coaching and guidance on HR policies.
• Engage as a trusted advisor for sensitive work-related issues.
• Analyze data to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR operations and other teams.
• Work closely with teams in Dublin, Ireland.
• Assist in understanding and applying people tools and policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles.
• Demonstrated experience in ER Management within UK or Ireland.
• Strong customer service commitment and employee experience focus.
• Ability to work independently and in international teams.
• Knowledge of UK and Ireland labor law.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
