Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

We seek an exceptional Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will enable our clients to become proficient on Workato’s Agentic Platform, empowering their employees and building AI Agent solutions for their business.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams, including data scientists and software engineers.
• Team with Sales AEs and Solution Architects to evangelize AI capabilities.
• Articulate and educate on AI and Generative AI architectural concepts.
• Assist sales teams with technical discovery and architect solutions.
• Create and deliver custom product demonstrations.
• Support solution accounts with technical workshops and POCs.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and incorporate them into projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proven track record as an AI Engineer with successful project examples.
• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization.
• 50% travel needed to support customers and workshops.
• Familiarity with LLMs and chat-based AI applications.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and state-of-the-art techniques.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and other AI APIs.
• Knowledge of iPaaS technologies and integration architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of Python programming.
