Payroll Analyst, Commissions - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Payroll Analyst, Commissions to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in processing payroll for the Workato.

In Short

• Perform independent calculation of sales commissions for payroll payout.
• Suggest process and system improvements for commissions validation.
• Advise employees on payroll commissions related enquiries.
• Resolve payroll commissions discrepancies.
• Prepare and reconcile commission and quarterly bonus accrual files.
• Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain payroll information.
• Process employee payroll in a timely manner.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payroll accounting laws.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Previous experience as a payroll accountant or similar role.
• Payroll and tax knowledge for US, familiarity with APAC and EMEA is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Great computational ability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and CaptivateIQ is a plus.
