Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably with Node.js.
• Expertise in distributed systems architecture and cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS).
• Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of engineering practices like DDD, TDD, and design patterns.
• Concern for clean code and scalable solutions.
• Ability to influence and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Proactivity and a systemic view in solving complex problems.
