Overview

As an Account Coordinator, you will support client servicing teams by collecting and preparing information for client requests, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the account team.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for clients.
  • Ensure accuracy in the policy life cycle.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Coordinate client-facing interactions.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Take notes at client meetings.
  • Process policy changes and updates.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service or office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must obtain applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days.
