Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or related field.
  • Experience in data collection and processing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience in youth development or nonprofit organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with database management systems.
  • Strong facilitation skills for training sessions.
  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
