Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Impact Manager to lead and shape our firm-wide social impact strategy. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change, embed ESG priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes across our business and communities.

In Short

  • Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the firm’s social impact programme.
  • Drive Social Impact Strategy aligned with firm’s strategic priorities.
  • Create practical initiatives and partnerships for measurable outcomes.
  • Implement new social impact projects supporting ESG priorities.
  • Coordinate social impact activity across practice groups and teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration to maximize social impact programme effectiveness.
  • Manage a portfolio of social impact initiatives with clear reporting.
  • Produce high-quality internal and external reports, including ESG reporting.
  • Ensure clear demonstration of social impact outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Social Impact, ESG or Corporate Responsibility.
  • Able to develop and deliver strategy and hands-on programmes.
  • Passionate about driving positive social and environmental change.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
