Overview

The Manager, Data & Impact will leverage data expertise and business acumen to empower All Raise in measuring and narrating its impact, ensuring data accessibility and integrity across teams.

In Short

Lead data analysis to inform strategic actions for All Raise.
Develop user-friendly data systems for team access.
Utilize data-powered platforms to solve business problems.
Ensure high-quality, error-free data integrity.
Establish processes for data retrieval and training.
Maintain consistency across data tools and formats.
Connect event tools to Salesforce for data capture.
Collaborate with external partners for data analysis.

Requirements

5+ years of work experience, with 3 years in data/analytics.
Strong understanding of CRM, especially Salesforce.
Experience in business analytics and SQL querying.
Proven ability to design and implement processes.
Strong data modeling skills and performance tuning.
