Overview

We are seeking a Senior Market People Leader, HR Business Partner (HRBP), to strategically partner with our leadership teams across multi-state locations, translating the field’s people strategy into actionable programs.

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Regional Vice Presidents and Market Operations Directors.
• Translate and execute people initiatives aligned with operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience in relevant industries.
• Ability to translate people strategy into scalable initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states.
• Proven experience operating as a senior-level individual contributor.
• Exceptional problem-solving and solution-driving skills.
• Strong judgment and business acumen.
