Wolf Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Consultant to join their managed service team, focusing on providing high-quality IT support and mentoring junior staff.

In Short

• Hybrid position with two days in-office and three days remote.
• Handle Tier 2/Tier 3 help desk requests.
• Maintain user and computer accounts.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
• Implement and support Microsoft Azure.
• Familiar with remote management and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on IT experience.
• Experience in a team environment.
• Strong mentoring skills for junior team members.
