Overview

The Procurement Services Desk Lead will lead a team of procurement professionals for all client workstreams including but not limited to, supplier relationship management, reporting, and procurement operations and is accountable for the delivery and people management of the team.

  • Prepare and lead operational review meetings with client’s senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • MBA or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in procurement.
  • Prior management experience leading 10 or more people.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of procurement fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Client service delivery experience preferred.
