Overview

The Utility Mechanic / Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within a behavioral healthcare facility.

• Install, repair, and maintain utility systems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Hoisting license preferred.
