Overview

The Utility Mechanic / Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in a behavioral healthcare facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in utility systems maintenance.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety standards.
• Hoisting license preferred.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled.
