Resource Specialist I - Remote

Overview

The Resource Specialist I at Mass General Brigham is responsible for assisting patients with transportation arrangements and locating affordable accommodations and support groups, while collaborating with case managers to facilitate discharge plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and community services/resources.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients/families.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Excellent customer service and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
