Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
  • Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care principles.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with age-specific care requirements.
  • Ability to screen and triage acute patients accurately.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
