Overview

The Program Coordinator will provide essential support to the Senior Program Officer in developing and managing a training and technical assistance model designed to empower municipalities in using opioid settlement funds effectively.

• Support the program's overall operations.
• Maintain the Salesforce database and ensure records are current.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of project support or administrative experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures.
